These are required for the Service to function and are exempt from consent (Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll., § 89(3), implementing Art. 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC: storage that is "necessary for the provision of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user" needs no consent).
